- The best tool for applying perfect eyeliner on the eyes is Angled Line Brush. Dip the brush into the mineral eyeliner and start at outer corner of the eye. For a natural look, keep the line as to the eye lashes as possible along the entire length of the eyelid. Work the mineral powder eyeliner all the way to the inner corner of the eye to finish as natural makeup look.
