ORDER PROCESSING

Once placing your order with us an automatic order confirmation email be sent to you to the email address that you have provided to us at time of creating an account with us via our website.

If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please notify us.  NOTE: you may need to check your Bulk Mail, Spam, or Junk Mail folders for order confirmation and correspondance from us.

LEAD TIME FOR PREPARING AND DISPATCHING ORDERS

We do our best to ship orders as fast possible.  In cases where we have most of the order items in stock we would consider sending them and ship the rest of your order later when we have the products in stock with no additional shipping charge.

Our Lead Time is from the date that we have received payment for orders, and the dates are based on working days (Monday to Friday):

• Samples Pack = Up to 5 Working Days
• Promotional Product Samples (over 3000 units) = Up to 15 Working Days
• Compliance Management Serice = 15 to 20 Working Days
• Product Only (depending on volume) = 15 to 25 Working Days
• Product + Labelling Service (depending on volume) = 25 to 35 Working Days
• Product + Labelling Service + Screen Printing Service = 25 to 35 Working Days
• Orders Placed During Company Holidays = To Be Advised

LEAD TIME FOR ORDER DELIVERY BY SHIPPING SUPPLIERS

Mainland UK = 3 to 5 days

Europe = Up to 7 days

Outside UK / Europe = Up to 14 days

NOTE: We can not be responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping suppliers. if you have not received your order please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping supplier. 

VAT & Duty Charge (Europe & Abroad)

The VAT charge will be removed from your order at checkout, however, you are responsible to pay the applicapable VAT and Duty or any other charges at your country upon receiving your order.

Up to £100.00 = £6.95

£100.01 to £500.00 = £9.95

£500.01 to £1500.00 = £15.95

£1500.01 to £3000.00 = £25.95

£3000.01 to £5000.00 = £35.95

£5000.01 - Over = To be determined

European Orders

Up to £150.00 = £24.95

£150.01 to £700.00 = £39.95

£700.01 to £1500.00 = £65.95

£1500.01 to £3000.00 = £135.95

£3000.01 to £5000.00 = £185.95

£5000.01 - Over = To be determined
